My Walgreens Trip

This post has nothing to do with beauty but instead it's about couponing. Ever since I saw an episode on Extreme Couponing I was so amazed how much money these people were saving just by using coupons. But they buy everything in bulk, like 50 bottles of mustard that they need a whole room for all this. I don't know about you but I don't need to buy things to last me for years. I researched a lot and follow up on a lot of these coupon blogs and learned a thing or two. It is very time consuming, you would need to put aside about an hour a day to organize your coupons and see what deals each store is having. Also, they never pay for toothbrushes and toothpaste, it's all FREE. After I organized everything I went to Walgreens to grab some stuff.

This is everything I got. 3 Ajax dish soap, 3 boxes of mac n cheese, 2 bottles of dial hand soap, 2 boxes of Lipton Tea, 3 cans of tuna, 4 bottles of Lysol Toilet Bowl cleaner, and 1 bayer. A total of 18 items for $14.84!! My total savings was $31.57 after sales and coupons.

You don't have to be an extreme couponer but if you clip and print coupons and check sales you can get a lot of items for cheap, saving you lots of money! With all the money you save, you can use it towards other things like makeup, clothes and shoes :)

Thats exciting there. I'm looking into starting this too :) I just heard about it Sunday and watched the show today.....and I'm already looking into figuring out how I can do this.....

I'm also gonna start another blog (my number three) just for when I find coupons and for my hauls and such :)
